The Information of George Preston< no role >
and Thomas Paind< no role > taken before me
One of His Majestys Justices of
The peace for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath saith
that on Saturday Morning lash the
Watch now produced by the other Informat
Thomas Pennie was feloniouly taken and
Carried away from his apartments in
red Lion Street red Lion Square
And This Informant Thomas Pennie
for himself saith that he is a Pawn broker
and lives in Wardour Street sant Pennies
that on Saturday Evening last the person
now present who calls himself Jomes
Blackwell come to this Informants House
and Offered to pawn a Silver Watch now
produced and sworn to be the property of
the other Informant George Preston< no role > and
Stolen as above described
