The Information and Complaint of John Miner< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County
of Middlesex Labourer Taken and made on Oath
before me David Wilmot< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County the
30th day of August 1782.

This Examinant Saith That as he was going home last
night about half an Hour past nine O'Clock, he was taken
ill in Holywell street Shoreditch , and went into a house
there, in Order to get a Lodging, and he was accordingly shewn
up stair's to one, which he not liking was going to come
away there from, than Mary Wood< no role > land the Prisoner now under Examination insisted that he should not
go away, accordingly the Examinant sat down on the bedside
but before that he took [..] his Silver Buckles out of his shoes
and put in his Breeches porket and laid down on the Bed
and went to Sleep and when [..] he awaked he found Mary Hobbsihand
in his Breeches Pocket, and his Buckles and two shillings
was taken out of his Pocket, he then got off the bed and
Asked her for his Buckles she said she had none and that [..]
