Prosecution of Levitt Ibbett< no role > .

For Felony.
Levitt Ibbett< no role > of Newtoners Street in the
Parish of Saint Gyles in the Fields Middlesex
the above Prosecutor maketh Oath that this
Deponent is a Journey man Bricklayer
and was at Work the Beginning of August
last at Plaistow in the Parish of Bromley
in the County of Kent That he being so at
Work had the Misfortune of the Scaffold
falling whereon he stood and received a
great Injury by such Fall and was
unable to go abroad for the Space of Six
Weeks And an Account of such his
Inability he did not prosecute the
said Defendant which otherwise he
should have done.

Sworn at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey the 19th.
day of October 1774}
