The Voluntary Information of Thomas Burdett< no role > of the
Parish of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex Weaver taken
and made in Oath before me David Wilmot< no role > Esqr . one of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County this 2nd. day
of August 1774 as follows (to wit)

This Informant saith that about a month ago he with one Charles Whittle< no role > and Charles Reagin< no role >
about 12 oClock in the night time Burglariously Broke into a House in the Liberty of
Norton Falgate and Stole 2 pieces of Figured Silk one Red and White Linen
Handkerchief and a< no role > Capuchine that was Intrusted with one William Tufnel< no role > by this
Informant to sell, but he not having an opportunity of disposing of the same gave
them to a Jew, who sold them for 30s. out of which this Informant Whittle and
Reagin Receivd 24s. that they shared and allowed the Irwand Tufnel< no role > the other
6s. for their Trouble.

And this Informant saith that about 3 weeks ago he with said Whittle
Reagin
< no role > and one James Tufnel< no role > Burglariously broke into a House in Pelham
Street Christ Church Between the Hours of one and two of the Clock in the
Morning and stole two Pewter Dishes 6 Pewter Plates 2 Pewter Salt sellers one
Pewter Spoon and a Tim Tea Kettle, that were sold by this Informant to one
William Tufnel< no role > for 6s. which they shared

And this Informant saith that about 2 of the Clock in the Morning following he
with said Whittle Reagin< no role > and Tufnel Burglariously Broke into a House in
the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch and Stole 3 Steel Hand Voices and
Several Files that were sold by this Informant Reagin Whittle and Tufnel
for 6d. or 10d, but which this Informant cannot justly Recollect

And this Informant saith that about the 16th. of July last in the
Morning Between the Hours of 12 & 1 oClock he with said Regin Whittle and
Tufnel Burglariously broke into the Dwelling house of Thomas Stansfield< no role >
in Old Cock lane in the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green and Stole
of Pair of men and womens worstead and Cotton Stockings 6 or 7 pair of Men
Leather Shoes/Childs Yellow Stuff Gown one Childs Linen Skirt one Stripe
Cotton Do. one Silk and Cotton Handkerchief one hard Silk Do. which were
taken to the Lodgings of said Reagins Mother in Lamb Alley Bishopgate
Street by this Informant Reagin and Whittle - said Tufnel sold one of the
Handkerchiefs to one John Staines< no role > for 16d. that they shared and this Informant
saith that Whittle keep one of the pair of stockings that was stole out of the said
House and allowed this Informant Reagin and Tufnel 6s. for the same
