The Information of Thomas
Valentine

admitted on his Majestys behalf
against Benjamin Dennison< no role > and
William Norbury< no role > and one Ransmore
Thomas Owen< no role > and John Greaves< no role >
taken before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in & for the said
County

Who being upon Oath saith that on Whitsunday
last this Informant together with Thomas Owen< no role >
and John Greaves< no role > between ten & Eleven o Clock
at night [..] coming up Parker Land Saint
Giles saw a man in Liquor when Owens protended
to be his friend and this Informant and Greaves
came up and they all three pusked the Man down
& took from him his Shoes & a pair of Silver Buckles three
Combs in a Case this Informant & Greaves gave
the Shoes to Owen [..] for his share the Buckles
this Informant the Next Morning Pawned at Mr
Wards opposite Saint Andrews Church Holborn
for Six Shillings and Owen stood at the Door
gave Owen two shillings of the Money Greaves
on the Sunday night took three pence of owen as
his share of the Buckles thinking they were not
Silver the remainder of the money this Informant
kept that on the Wednesday following he went
to Mr. Wards and sold the Buckles to him for
fifteen pence more than they were in Pawn for

This Informant further saith that on Monday
night last about Eight o Clock at night William
Norbury
< no role > came to this Informant at his Lodgings
in Parkers Lane and asked him if he would go
with him to look for same Money this Informant
saint with him [..] in going along Parkers Lane they
saw Benjamin Dennison< no role > & they told him that they
were going to up own brokers in Water Lane Fleet Sheet
