Middlesex to wit

The Information of Garrett
Fanning
< no role > and Rachael Fanning< no role > his
Wife taken before one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the said
County

Who being jointly upon Oath sayand fixed
the Informant
that about last Christmas was
a twelvemonth a person now present who calls
herself Elizabeth Smith< no role > lived as a Servant with them
that on a Thursday night they went to Bed and
this Informant Rachael Fanning pulled off her
pocket in which she had one Guineas in Gold
one half Guinea a five shilling & three pence [..]
Seven Shillings in Silver Etc Spanish Dollar
which pockets with the said money she put under
the side of the [..] Bed upon the Sacking
and [..] these Informant [..] further say that
when they got up the morning they found the
said pockets with the money [..] a gown Cloak
three apronandpetty Coat & Mahogony Tea
Chest all taken and carried away and the said
Elizabeth Smith< no role > all gone the Bed Room and
Sheet Door of the House left side open that they have
not either of them seen the said Elizabeth Smith< no role >
since untill this Day when they apprehended
her and upon her being charged by them with the said
Robbery confessed that she had taken the said
Money and Goods.
