Clerkenwell Constable Maketh Oath that he did Attend at
Hicks Hall inSaintCounty on Friday the Eleventh
Instant and was examined before the grand Jury as a
Witness upon a Bill of Indictment preferred by said
Robert Smedley< no role > Against the said Defendant Hughes and
Hamson And this Deponent furtherSaith that he
is informed and verily believes said Bill to be Returned
not Appeared to as Appears by appear Writing
annexed to the Affidavit of said Smedley All which
this Deponent hath been Credibly informed and verily
believes
