The Information of William Brannan< no role > of the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch in the said County Labourer taken before me David Wilm< no role > of Esqr.
one of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County this 2nd day of
December 1772 upon his oath Deposeth as Fellows

That this Deponent on or about the Month of March last went on Foot Between
the hours of two and three o'Clock in the afternoon with Thomas Clarke< no role > and John Rice< no role > and
Burglariously broke open the Dwelling house of Thomas Benn< no role > of Hoxton in the parish of
Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County and Stole from thence one Coat one waiscoat and
one handkerchief And this Deponent also saith that he with Thomas Clarke< no role > and Henry
Pugh
< no role > went the same Evening Between the hours of Seven and Eight oClock and
Burglariously broke open the aforesaid house a Second time and Feloniously took away
me Bed Guils one Blanket one Silver Watch one Box in which were Contained a Quantity
of Silver Sleeve Buttons set with Stone two Silver Tea Spoons one Shirt one Hat and one
Steel Jack And this Deponent saith that he with Charles Rogers< no role > Thomas Fukes< no role >
and William Middleton< no role > on theFourteentyNinth of last November Between one and two
oClock in he Morning Burglariously broke into the Dwelling house of ann Davis< no role >
in New Nicholl Street of the Parish of Saint Watthew Bentual Green and Feloniously
took away a Bottle which Contained some Spiritous Liquor and Six shilling in Copper
half pence and some Childrens Small Cloaths And this Deponent also saith that
he with James Bedell< no role > andJames Thomas Hornsby< no role > a few days afterwards Feloinously Entered
into a house in Moorefields Between the hours of Seven and Eight o'Clock in the Evening
and Stole from thence Eleven full Trim'd Ruffled Shirts and Sold them to a Sew now in
Prison for the same knowing them to be Stoln for one Guinea and a half which
they Divided Equally share and share a bike And this Deponent saith that he
with said James Bedell< no role > about two days afterwards Feloniously Entered the Dwelling
house of Mr. Carpenter of Kingsland Road in the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
and Stale from thence tros great Coats and two Hats And this Deponent saith that
he with said James Bedell< no role > and Thomas Hornsby< no role > about three days afterwards
Between the hours of Seven and Eight o'Clock in the Evening Feloniously Entered
a Second time in the said Dwelling house of the aforesaid Mrs. Carpenter in the
Parish aforesaid and Stole one great Coat and one White apron And this Deponent
also saith that he with said James Bedell< no role > and Thomas Hornsby< no role > and also one
Samuel Dean< no role > a few days afterwards between the hours of Nine and Ten oClock
in the Evening Buryfariously Broke intothe Dwellinga house at Hoxten in the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch and Stole from thence Six Silver Tea Spoons
one Silver Strainer one set of China one pair of Silver Tea Tongs one Silver Milk
Pot which they sold to the few above mentioned with two Looking Glasses they state
out of a house the same Evening in Kingsland Road in the Parish aforesaid
and also some Chnix Cups which they Stole the same Night out of Doctors Shop
near the Church in the Parish of Christ Church Spittlefields And this Deponent
