in the County of Middlesex
and Saint Martin le Grand London was Indicted
he on the fourteenth Day of September in the eleventh
year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third King of Great Britain Etc.
with Force and arms at the parish aforesaid
within the liberty aforesaid in the County
aforesaid One Man's Hat of the value of
Ten Pence of the Goods and Chattels of

then and there being found
feloniously did steal take and tarry away
against the peace of our said ford the
King his Crown and Dignity and thereupon
was tried and by a Jury of the country
duly taken between our said lord the King
and him the said

in that
behalf convicted and by the same Court
ordered and directed to be sent and
transported as soon as conveniently
