Who being upon Oath say and first the said George Burton< no role >
for
himself Says that about Eleven o Clock in the forenoon of
Saturday last several Sheets one Gown a Pair of Breeches
a Shirt and other things were Feloniously Stole out of
this Informants houseAnd the said Benjamin Higginson< no role >
for himself Says that about 10 Minutes past 11 oClock
on Saturday last in the forenoon he saw two Persons now
present who callshimself

and Abraham
Franklin< no role >
come out of the said George Burton< no role >
's house
and that the said Abraham Franklin< no role >
had a brown Linen
bag with some thing in it, Says he saw them when
they went into said Burton's house but saw no bag
nor any thing else in their hands
