Who being upon Oath say [..] and first the said Lewis
Aubrey< no role >
for himself says that on or about the 28th. of
August last a pair of Silver Spurs were stolen from
him at Worsley Hall
in Lancashire
and that he has
since seen the said Spurs in the Possession of John
Diaper< no role >
now present, and the said Joseph Fallows< no role >
for himself says that he has often cleaned the
said Lewis Aubrey< no role >
's Silver Spurs and Knows
them very well and that he is very sure that the
Silver Spurs which were lately found in the Possession
of the said John Diaper< no role >
are the same that were
stolen from the said Lewis Aubrey< no role >
