The Information of Ebenezer Morgan< no role >
and Richard Walker< no role > taken before me
this 26th. day of December 1770

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Ebenezer
Morgan< no role > for himself says that on Friday last a Silver
Punch Ladle now produced a pair of Silver Knee Buckles several
Silver Spoons a Quantity of wearing Apparel and
other things were stolen out of his house and that
he does suspect and verily believe that a person now
present who calls himself Daniel Harris< no role > is the
person who stole the goods aforesaid, and the said
Richard Walker< no role > for himself says that he found
the said Punch Ladle and a Silver Knee Buckle
on the person of the said Daniel Harris< no role > now
present
