Whereas Mr. Thomas Benson< no role > the late Clerk of the
Arraignments for this Court dyed since the last Session
were by that Office is become Vacant this Court
doth therefore Appoint Mr. Benjamin Deacon< no role > to be Clerk
of the Arraignments for this Court for this Present Session
and the future Sessions of Goal Delivery to be holden for
this County during the Pleasure of the Commissioners of
such respective Sessions of Goal Delivery and until
Order shall be made to the Contrary And this Court
doth Order and direct that the said Benjamin Deacon< no role > shall
have the care and Custody o the Records of the said Court
during his Continuance in that Office.
