The Information of William Nodes< no role > and
John Bland< no role > taken before me this 12th.
day of December 1770

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said William
Nodes< no role > for himself says that on Monday Evening last about
5 or 6 o'Clock a person now present who calls himself William
Erskine< no role > but who then called himself Capt. Hamilton feloniously
took end carried away a Diamond Ring and Pin now Produced the Property
of this Informant, and the said John Bland< no role > for himself says
that on Monday Evening last the Said William Erskine< no role >
offered the said Ring and Pin to him to pledge
