Justices of the Peace
for the said County
Who being severally upon Oath And first this Informant
Joseph Mould< no role >
for himself saith that he went to Bed last Night
about 12 o'Clock & his House was fast particularly
the Flap of the Cellar Door and this Morning about
5 o'Clock he got up & found that the Cellar Door was
Broke Open and net of his Bar was Stolen a Silver
Salt Seller three Silver Table Spoons four Silver
Tea Spoons and a Pair of Silver Tea Tongs And
further Saith that he was Present at the
apprehending of a Person now present who [..] calls himself

and saw the abovementioned
Plate [..] now Produced Which is the Property
of this Informant taken out of the Coat Pocket
of the said William Garnons< no role >
And the said
George Wells< no role >
for himself saith that he apprehend [..]
the said William Garnens this Morning at the
Gold smiths Arms in Earls Street
and took out
of the said William Garnons< no role >
Pocket the abovemd.
Plate And both these Informants jointly say
that the said Wm: Garnons< no role >
in their hearing
a knowledged that he with three others Broke
Open the abovementioned House & stole the
said Plate
