The Information of Mary Simpson< no role >
Servant to Martin York< no role > Esqr . taken
before One of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that she is Domestic
Servant of Martin York< no role > Esqr . and that on Monday
Night was a Month she went to bed about Eleven
o'Clock and is certain that the Kitchin Windows
of her Masters House were fastened and that
about Seven o'Clock the Next Morning she
discovered that the Shutters of the Kitchin Window
had been forced Open & the Sash thrown up And Saith that
she went to the Butler Pantry which is upon
the Kitchin Stairs the Door of which she found
had been Broke Open and a large Chest also Broke
Open and all her Masters Plate gone And saith
that the [..] Kitchin Door was made fast by
her with an Iron Bar on the Outside next the Stairs and that she found the
Panel Cut out and the Bar down
