This Examinat saith that last Night between Seven and
Eight o'Clock this Examinant together with Thomas Bowers< no role >
James Newman< no role >
and John Millbanks met a man [..]
the Highway leading from the [..] Turnpike to wards
Sum Tavern fields in the parish of St. George
in the said County
and Robbed him of Three Guineas and [..] some
Silver and half pence Saith the said Thomas Bowers< no role >
held and presented a pistol [..] near the Head of the said
Man and Sworn that if the said Man [..] Stop'd at
a House near thereto that [..] he the said Bowers would
Blow his Brains out saith that the aforesaid James Newman< no role >
and John Millbank< no role >
put their Hands in the said Mans
Pocket in the Presence of this Examinant and took the said above mentioned Monies out
therefrom
