The Information of Thomas Crookhall< no role >
taken before me One of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being Upon Oath saith that about two o'Clock in the Morning on or about the Day
[..] after Christmas Day last this Informant together with
John Murphy< no role > John Coleby< no role > & George Lovett< no role > otherwise
Gipsey George went in to Southampton Row to a House
as this Informant is Informed is Occupied by One
Mr. Hipling and they Broke Open the Kitchen Window
And this Informant Coleby & Murphy went into the said
Kitchin Gipsly George kept Watch without with a
Cane Stick with a Tuck in it And this Informant
& Coleby & Murphy Broke Open several Boxes in the
fore Kitchin and took out a Quantity Linen which
they tied up in Bundles And then they forced Backward
& went into the Back Kitchin and there they Broke
Open a Cupboard & took out of it a Silver Pint Mug
diverse Tea Spoons & a Silver Cream Pot And then
they went up into the Fore Parlour & Broke Open a
Cupboard & took out of the said Cupboard a Silver
Cup Gilt in the Inside a Pair of Silver Candlestick
a Large Silver Waiter a Silver Pepper Caster a Number
of Table Spoons and other Plate which this Informant
Cannot at present recollect they then Broke Open
another Cupboard & took from thence a Pair of Silver
Tea Tongs & other Plate they then Went into the
Back Parlour and Broke Open a Desk & there being
Nothing but Writings they took Nothing from thence
And they tied up the Plate and went out at the Street
Door & left it Open and Directly went to the House of
John Underwood< no role > in the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell
And Sold the said Plate for the Sum of twenty four Guinea
and Shared Six Guineas Each And this Informant
further saith that a few Nights afterwards he together
with Coleby & Murphy about twelve of the Clock in the Night
went to this House of One Mr. Nightingale in Red Lyon Street
Clerkenwell
