for the said
County
Who being Upon Oath saith that on Friday the 29th. Day
of December last about 4 o'Clock in the (Morning the
Kitchin Windows of this Informants House which were
fasts when this Informant went to Bed was broke Open
and the following Goods stole out of his Kitckin to Wit
A Repeating Clock 20 Silver Tea Spoons a Small Silver
Candlestick and a Punch Ladle One Silk Handkerchief
two Silk Cardinals & other Good's But this Informant
Doth not knew who the Persons were that Broke his
House Open and stole the said Goods otherwise than
by the Oath of Thomas Crookhall< no role >
who swears himself
One of the said Parties and by the Confession of John
Murphy< no role >
who Confessed himself one of the said Parties
and his receiving two Guineas for his Share on Sale
of the said Goods
