of ye Haymarket . Esquire

This Informant on his Oath saith that on Thursday
thefourthThird Day of August instant on Hounslow
Heath about the Hour of Five or Six o'Clock
in ye Evening of ye same Day he was stopped by
a Single Highwayman mounted on a Bay Horse or
Mare and robbed of Seven Guineas and on half in
Money: and he this Informant farther says, that
he verily believes the prisoner present who calls
himself by the Name of Benjamin Day< no role > is the
person who assaulted and robbed him as aforesaid
as he strongly resembles ye Man who so robbed him
