The Information of Solomon Wood< no role > taken before
me this 1st. day of September 1769

Who being upon Oath says that he knows Robert Horton< no role > and James
Rawlings
< no role > who are both Common Thieves, says that yesterday Morning
the said Robert Horton< no role > and this Informant stole Some Carpenter's Tools
out of a Wash house in Hoxton which they got into by breaking a Pane of
Glass and opening the Window, that the said Carpenter's Tools are
now his near the Tenter Ground by Moorsfields, says that on Monday
Morning last the Said Robert Horton< no role > and this Informant stole a Quantity
of Linen out of a house in Twister's AlleyMr Bunhill Row which
was sold at Salt Peter Bank by one Ann Kelly< no role > for eleven Shillings
of which the Said Ann Kelly< no role > had one Shilling for her Trouble and
the Remainder was equally divided between this Informant & the
said Robert Horton< no role > says that one Morning last Week the said Robert
Horton
< no role > and this Informant stole a great Coat out of a Carpenters Shop
in Hoxton which was first pawned by the said Robert Horton< no role > in Feather Stone
Buildings but was afterwards redeemed & worn by the Said Robert Horton< no role >
& was pawned again last Night as this Informant verily believes by the
said Robert Horton< no role > , says that Sunday Morning was Sevenight the said
Robert Horton< no role > and this Informant stole a great Quantity of Shirts Aprons
& other Linen & a Hat & 4 Tea Spoons & a Pair of Buckles from a house at Islington ,
that the said Buckles are in Pawn at Mrs. Hubbard's in Chiswell Street
& the other things were sold by the said Ann Kelly< no role > , says that about
three Weeks or a Months ago the said Robert Horton< no role > and this Informant
stole a Quantity of wet Linen out of a house in Turk's head Court Golden
Lane Which was part of it sold by one Ann Downes< no role > and one Mary says
that about two Months ago the said James Rawlings< no role > and the said Robert
Horton
< no role > and this Informant stole two Table Cloths & some cheese out of a
House the upper End of Hoxton one of which Table Cloths were sold to a
Person in the Pyed Bull in Whitecross Street and the other was sent
to be Sold by the said James Rawlings< no role > , says that about a fortnight
ago the said Robert Horton< no role > and this Informant stole some Shoes out
of a Shoemaker's Shop in St. John Street one pair of which was
