The Information of Margaret Williams< no role >
taken before me are of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith That on Michaelmas Day last
this Ins. about Ten O Clock in the Morning washed Three
Silver Spoons which was used at Breakfast as Tea
Spoons And further saith that about an hour after a
person now present who calls herself Sibilla [..]
came into the Kitchen where the sd Spoons were and
this Inf. in the afternoon (she wanting the sd. Spoon) went
to the Shelt and then found one of the sd Spoon's gone
And this Inf. further saith that at the sd. Sibilla
used to call frequently to ask if this Ins. Mistress wanted
any fruit the sd Sibilla never after call and this
Inf about a fortnight after being at a Window and
seeing the sd Sibilla pass by she Called to her and Taxed her
will Stealing the sd Spoon she at first denyeld the
taking it and afterwds in the presence of this [..] Mistress say'd it was safe at house and
she might get how she could And thus Ins further saith
that from the time of her washing the [..] Spoons as ass.
to the time of the Spoon being Missed no person is as in
the said Kitchen but the said Sibilla whereby this
Inf verily bols. that the sd Sibilla stole the sd Spoon
and on other person
