The Information of Francis Bayley< no role > &
Warran Wright< no role > taken before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the sd County

Who being severally on Oath say and first this Inf
Francis Bayley< no role > for himself saith that some Dead
Boards have been missing from a Building in
Southampton Street Bloomsbury carryed on by this
Inf. Master Edwd Gray< no role > and this Inf further saith that
[..] one Flood [..] came to the Building and
told this Ins. that some Coards belonging to his
Master was in the house of the other Ins. whereupon
this Ins went to the house of the other Ins. who
shewed this Ins the same and this Ins further saith
that the Boards which he saw in the Celler of the other
Ins. was the boards f the sd. Gray and as he bels taking
from the sd. Building And this Ins Warran Wright< no role >
for himself saith That on Monday Night last a
Person now Present who Calls himself John Hosley< no role >
came to this Ins. and brought four boards to this Ins
to break up for fire wood And on the Next Morng this
Inf discovered a Mark on the sd. Boards and this Ins
beingsuspecting the sd. Boards were stolen he asked the
sd Flood who said the sd. Boards [..] his Masters whereupon
this Inf Came to this Ins and a chid to see the boards and
then told him the sd. Board was his Masters and the sd.
John Horley< no role > came again last Night with some other
peace of Timber [..] stopt him and the sd. John [..]
same Confesed the taking the sd. Boards
