William Ward< no role > taken before me one of his Majestys Justice of
the peace for the said County.

Who being severally on Oath say first this Int. Alice Fox< no role > for
herself saith that about Nine Weeks ago she lett a Ready Furnished
Lodging to a person now present who calls herself Ann True< no role > & this
Inft. suspecting that some of her furniture was taken away out of the sd.
Lodgings had upon Examining this Inf. missed a pair of sheels a
Tea board & a Filott Iron upon being Charged there with the sd. Ann
Confessed that she had taken out of the sd. Lodging & pawned the
sd. Tea board with the other Inst. Packer and one of the sd. Sheets
and a Flatt Iron with the other Ins. Martin and the other Sheet
with the other Ins. Ward and the sd. Joseph Packer< no role > for himself
saith that on the 17 day of April last he took into pawn (as he
bils. of the sd. Ann True< no role > a Tea board and this Inf. Martin for
himself saith that on the 12 of April last he took into pawn of
the said Ann True< no role > a Sheet, and a Flats Iron of the 36 [..] of moral
And the Inf. Will Ward< no role > for himself saith that he took in to pawn
(as he bels. of the sd. Ann True< no role > ) on the 17. of april a Sheet And
this Inf. Alice Fox< no role > for herself saith that the Tea board &
Sheets and Flats Iron now produced by the other Infts. are
the property of her husband & Stole one of the sd. Lodgings
by the sd. Ann True< no role > .
