of the peace
for the sd County
Who being severally on Oath say and first this Inf. John
Wassall for himself Saith That about five Weeks ago
he hatt a Ready furnished Lodging to one Margaret
Battishall< no role >
& Ann Battishall< no role >
and this Ins. last Night
found the said Ann stealing some Coals andhethereon
the Inf. discovered a pair of Sheet & a Flat from to
have been taking away from his furniture And this
Ins. James Brooks< no role >
for himself saith that he took
into pawn of the said Ann by the name of Mary
Adamson< no role >
a Sheet and further saith that some time
after the said Margaret offered to pawn a Sheet with
then Inf [..] he not knowing her repaired to take is
in from her whereupon the sd. Ann brought the sd.
Sheet to him afterwards And this Ins. John Wassall< no role >
for himself Saith that the sd Sheats now produced
to him by the other Ins are his property & Stole
out of the sd Lodging's
