That the sd Robt Hatch< no role > on the 21st day of June in the Year afsd at the Par: afsd in the Co: afsdbeingRiding upon the top of a Certain
Cart Drawn by 3 Horses & Loaded with Green Clover day & over a Certain Common Highway left out leading over a certain Common Called Acton Common It so
happened that Accidy Casually & by Misfortune he the sd R. H did then & there fall from the sd. Cart to the Ground by
Means whereof he the sd R. H did then & there Receive one Mortal Bruise in the Spine of ye back of him ye sd. [..] of which sd. Mortal Bruise he
the sd. R. H. then & there & Instantly Died And so the Jurors afsd upon their Oath afsd. do say that the sd. R H in Manner & by the
Means afsd accidy Casually & by Misfortune Came to his Death & not owise In Witness Whereof Etc
