into a Certain Pond of Water there Sit & in the sd Water
thereofthe sd. pond was then & there Suffocated & Drowned of wch sd Suffocat &
Drowning he the sd G:O: then & there Instantly Died And
so the Jurors afsd upon their Oath afsd do say that the sd GO
in Manner & by the Means afsd Accidy & Cauy & by Misfor
