of 26 Yearsand playing togetheron the 16 day of June in the

sd. Thos. Tagg running after the sd. & he J.K he ye sd fling a stone atthesd. J.F
And It so happened that ye sd. Stone so fling by ye sd. TT. at God.
J.F. accidentally casually [..] Mess. agt. ye will of ye sd J.J. but ye sd. TK. on ye left
Side of his head just above his Ear. there by giving to him the sd. TK. a Mortal [..] Concession.
on of the Brian of him the sd. T.K. of which Mortal Concussionof Ye Brainshe sd TK.
from ye sd. 16 day of June in ye Year afsd untill ye 17 day of ye
same Month in ye same Year at ye Par afsd in ye Co afsd. did
languish & languishing did live on which sd. 17 day of June in
ye Year afsd. at ye par & in ye Co. afsd. of ye mortal concussion afsd
did die And so ye Jur. afsd. upon their oath afsd. do say that
the sd. T.K. in manner & by ye Means afsd. accidentally
casually & by Misfortune & agt. ye will of him ye sd T.T.
