An Accidental Death having happened
here to Thos Barns< no role > a Labourer Suffocated
& Strangling in Emptying a necessary House at our Charity
School and Mr Umfreville Who used to Act as
Coroner in this Part of the County now lying dead
beg Leave to request the favor of your Attendance
or Warrt to Bury the deced as our parish officers are
unwilling to have him buryed without a proper Authority
and therefore direct me to make this application
