Informations of Witnesses taken at
the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward
of Farringdon without in London the 21st.
July 1790 on view of the boyd of Richard
Gregory
< no role > there lying dead.

Luke Ball< no role > of Islington High Street in the County of
Middlesex labourer maketh oath that last Friday afternoon
the dead a Man names John Blackwell< no role > & Dept. were at Work
in a Gravel put by the side of White Conduit house digging of
Gravel and sand for Mr. Bartholomew; that while they were at
work the ground gave way and a large quantity of Gravel fell
in upon the deced and said Blackwell. that Dept. immedy.
procured assistance and the deced and said Blackwell were
removed from their situation says the deced was much hurt and
was taken to Saint Bartholomews Hospital where as dept has
been informed and believes he dead the same day.
