with his Father there maketh oath that the day before
yesterday as Dept believes in the afternoon Dept, the deced and
several other says were playing at follow the leader along the
sides of the larges at Mr Anderson's WharfThat as they were
going along side one of the larges the deced stopping on one of the Oars. slipped & called out
& caught hot of Dept & they both fell into the WaterThat
when Dept come up he larged held of a Mans by & was taken
out of the Water into the BargesThat dept afterwds. saw the
dead me [..] in the Winter & such again & saw no more of him.
