fifth day of July in the Thirtieth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third

for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

upon their Oath that the said

then lately before accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into
the river Thames
and in and with the Water of the said River was suffocated and drowned Of which said
suffocation and drowning he the said

did then lately before die And so the Jurors
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said William Cornett in manner and by means
aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune was suffocated and drowned In Witness whereof
as well the said Coroner as the said
