London Apothecary maketh Oath and saith he hath attended
the deceased about Six or Seven days that when he first attended
the deceased he found the deceased in a violent Fever a great
oppression in the Stomach and a violent Purging that he gave
the deceased such Medicines as he thought were proper for
those disorders that he attended the deceased once a day for 3
or 4 days that the deceased not getting any better in consequence
of the Medicines administered to him Deponent advised the
friend's of the deceased to have a Physician that in consequence
of Deponent advise Doctor Myers was sent for that Doctor
Myers and Deponent accordingly attended on the deceased on
Thursday last that the deceased was then much worse that Deponent
and Doctor Myres were then of opinion that the deceased could not
recover as there seemed to be every [..] appearance of approaching
disolution that he has known the deceased [..] about two
Years that dereing that time he has been in a very bad State of
health having an [..] Edic Cough and a continual Fever that
he has seen the deceased since his death and has no doubt but
the aforesaid disorders were the cause of his Death
