done a very rash action & he replied he had done what was right
some other words passed but Dept does not recollect what they were
& they then went down Stairs & Mr. Tyler and the last Witnesses
Burbridge went away together says when they were up stairs in the
room or going out of it he saw a Pistol in Mr. Tyler hand says that
that from the Hitcher of the deceds house which adjoins Mr. Tylers passing over some building
access but very difficult & dangerous night be had to the Window
of the two pair if stairs back room of Mr. Tylers house, the
last of which was up. Dept says he was in the Jucks head Ale house
between one and two O'Clock at which time Mr. Edis was those &
quitted the house while Dept was there

maker maketh Oath that last Friday morning Wm. Tyler the
Yr. came to Dept. Shop and sayed he wanted to buy a Phair of
Pistols and he bought a pair of may be unbolted some barrele
Pistols says he had lather of buying a pair of Depts there were
years past - says [..] the Pistols
and made to carry only one fall

Adam Andrews< no role > of Chequer Yard Butcher maketh
oath that last Sunday morning Dept being in bed about full
minutes before two he heard the report of a Pistol or forenoon
& presently afterwards it might be near a minute he heard ansr.
report but not so loud as the persons. That a four minutes afterwds.
he heard Wm. Tylor< no role > Junr . called Wm. Burbtidge< no role > who lives not door
for Dept & Dept looked out of the Window and saw Mr. Tyler< no role >
standing in the yard by Burbrdjes door & he asked Mr. Tyler if
anything was the matter and he answered no not in particular. That
afterwd. Mr. Tyler went into Burbridge's house< no role > .
