John Rahn< no role > of King Street Tower hill Surgeon in a kept
oath that he has examined the body of the deced and says
there are two wounds on the neck of the deced. both of which
appear to have been given [..] with tally from a Pistol or Green
& to have entered on the right side of the Neck and paper
through out of the left side. Dept says the Wounds and mortal
and Dept has no doubt but they occasioned the death of the
deced.

Elizabeth Tyler< no role > of Aldgate high street London Spinster
maketh oath that last Saturday night between the hours of 12 &
1 Dept went up stairs for go to bed and went into her own room
the two pair of stairs back room above the began curling her hair
that presently the Maid Servant came up stairs and Eliz. Wicks< no role >
came into the room with some water for her and stayed with her
some time taking [..] the think about ten minutes that after
Eliz. Wicks< no role > was gone, about ten minutes afterwards she believes she
heard something thrown against the Window; that she sat a little white
& that the [..] had [..] the had heard something only but presently
she heard something thrown again, upon which she went to the Window
to see what it was and then saw Mr. Edis lying upon his own record by
his Kitchen Window & Dept. received her hand to him to go away &
then turned away form the Window and in about five minutes she
returned to the Window and looked and he was gone. That then she
went out fo that room into the front room to sleep as her father had
ordered her, and in about quarter of an hour or twenty minutes
she heard Pistol go off, and somebody came and made a great wine
at the door of the room she was in but she could us speak to them
