Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us whose
hands and Seals are hereunto Sett two of his Majties Justices of
the peace for the City of London (Quorn Unns) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St
Botolph without Aldersgate London That Elizabeth Fardoe< no role >
Widdow is
lately come into the
Said Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely presented it - likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be five and for as much
as if appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of the
said Elizabeth Fardoe That her late husband John Fardoe< no role >
Served Seven years Apprenticeship with one John Coomes< no role > a
Callender in the Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch London
and no other legal Settlement
elsewhere appearing unto us Since. We do also adjudge the
said parish of St. Dionis Backchurch to be place of her last
legal Settlement

These are therefore in his Majesty< no role > 's name to will & require
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. Botolph wth: out Aldersgate forthwith to remove and to Mary
the said Elizabeth Fardoe< no role >
from out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch and her deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor there Some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for her according to
Law. Given under our hands and Seals this 23dday of
OctoberAnns Dui9 1719
