Upper Church Warden for the year ensuing and chose

Joseph Chaplin< no role > Hankey Esqr . Member of
Parliament stood next in rotation for the Office of
under Church warden and it was alledged that Mr.
Hankey did not wish to avail himself of his
privillege he was therefore put up and chose to
serve the office of under Church warden

It was then moved that Joseph Chaplin< no role >
Hankey Esqr . be excused from serving the Office of
Under Church warden on paying the usual Fine of forty
pounds and the same was ordered accordingly

Church Warden

Robert Hankey< no role > Esqr . stood next upon the List
but being Sheriff of the County of Surrey It was
unanimously agreed that he be passed over for the present
year

Mr. John Shank< no role > was next put up and elected to
serve the office of under church warden for the year ensuing

Collectors
Sidesmen

Mr. Robert Irvine and Mr. William Duncan< no role >
were severally put up to serve the offices of Collectors of the
poor's rate and Sidesmen for the year ensuing

Organist
Organ Tuner< no role >

Ordered that Miss Sarah Ormes be continued
Organist and Mr. George Griffin< no role > Tuner and Cleaner of the
Organ

Sexton
Bellows-blower
Parish Warder

John Iselton< no role > was chose Sexton, Bellows Blower
and Parish Warder And it was Ordered that twelve
Guineas be given to him as a gratuity over and above his
Salary for his Service during the past year

Parish Clerk

Ordered that the Annual Gratuity to Mr. John
Winter Oswin< no role > parish Clerk for the year ending at Lady day
be thirty Guineas.

Engine Keeper

John Iselton< no role > was then put up and chose Keeper
of the Fire Engines for the year ensuing.

Overseers

Mr. William Walton< no role > present Church Warden
Mr. Thomas Hunter< no role > , Mr. John Wilkinson< no role > and Mr. Francis
Cooper
< no role > were severally nominated to be overseers of the poor
for the year ensuing.

Auditors

Ordered that Mr. Lampkin Mr. Hunter, Mr.
Wilkinson and Mr. Cooper late overseers, Mr. Green, Mr.
Tombs, Mr. Irvine and Mr. Duncan< no role > or any three of them
be appointed Auditors to audit the account of Mr.
