Mr. Thomas Green< no role > being then desired to withdraw
the Question was put whether the Lands at Ware be
Let to him, upon the old Terms, And it past in the
Negative.

Mr. Green being called in and acquainted
there with made a Proposal to give three Pounds a year
more, Vizt. to make up the yearly Rent Twenty Pounds.
Mr. Green was then ask'd by Mr. Church Warden Barber
If he had laid down the Close of Arrable Land (Part
of the Premises in Lease to him) with Grass Seed
according to the Covenant of the Lease, but said that
he had lost the Lease, and did not know that there
was any such Covenant. Mr. Green then took his
Leave.

After some debate Mr. Maynard moved that
it is the opinion of this Vestry that Mr. Green's Proposal
for renewing his Lease is at less than the Value and
that the said Proposal be not accepted. And being
Seconded the Question was put and Carried in the
Affirmative.

Ordered that Mr. Green's Proposal for
the Renewal of his Lease be not accepted.

After further debate Mr. Viner moved that the
Two Church Wardens with Mr. Maynard and Mr. Pope
Two of the Overseers be desired to go down to Ware
and take a view of the Parish Estate, and report the
present state thereof to a subsequent Vestry. And
being Seconded the Question was put and Carried
in the Affirmative, And It was Ordered accordingly.

The Vestry then proceeded to take into Consider -
-ation the Parish Estate at Collier Row. And John
Lord Son of the late Tenant, and his Mother now the
Wife ofMonk Labourer being in waiting were
called in. But Mr. Edward. Norden< no role > having declared
his Intention of making a proposal for the same Premise
was first desired to withdraw.

The said John Lord< no role > then proposed to take a
new Lease of the Parish Estate at Collier Row upon
the former Terms. And the said John Lord< no role > with his
Mother having withdrawn, the Question was put
whether the said John Lord< no role > 's Proposal to renew his
