on Thursday the 7th. day of May next at nine o' Clock
in the Forenoon.

Sexton
Bellows Blower
Parish Warder

John Iselton< no role > was then put up and Chose Sexton
Bellows Blower and Parish Warder, And It was Ordered
that Ten Pounds Fifteen shillings be given to him as
a Gratuity over and above his Salary for his Service
during the past year.

Parish Clerk

Ordered that a Sum not exceeding Twenty Pounds
Ten shillings be paid Mr. John Winter< no role > Oswin Parish< no role >
Clerk for one Year ending at Lady day last as a
Gratuity upon Condition that he doth not Collect any
Money from the Parishioners in lieu of Wages and
that he constantlly discharge the duties of his place.

Engine Keeper

Then John Iselton< no role > was put up and Chose Keeper
of the Fire Engines for the Year ensuing.

Overseers

Then Mr. Thomas Hudson< no role > Mr. Peter Pope< no role > . Mr
Richard James< no role > , and Mr. James Hebert< no role > were severally
nominated to be Overseers of the Poor for the Year
ensuing.

Auditors

Ordered that Mr. Chauntrell, Mr. Lem. Mr. Maynard,
Mr. Gretton, Mr. Pope, Mr. James, Mr. Hebert, Mr. Green,
Mr. Kippax, and Mr. Kellam, or any Three of them be
appointed Auditors to Audit the Account of Mr.
Church Warden Hudson, the same to be Audited in one
Month after Ascension day.

Minutes of
Parish Workhouse

Then the Minutes were read of the Proceedings of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor at the
Parish Workhouse at Hoxton during the past year.

Philpot Lave
house

Mr. Church Warden Hudson then acquainted the
Vestry that the Lease of the House in Philpot Lane
belonging to the Parish, in the Occupation of Mr Theed
would expire at Midsummer, and that he had survey'd
the House, and was of opinion that to put the same
in Tenantable Repair for another Lease of Twenty one
Years, exclusive of the Repairs of a Party Wall, or any
Improvements on the premisses would cost One hundred
and Twenty Pounds.

Mr. Church Warden Hudson further acquainted the
