At this Meeting the humble Petitions of Joseph
Watts and

two Poor Householders
of this Parish for the late Alderman Abdy's Gift
of Five Pounds were produced and read. And
upon holding up of hands Mr. Church Warden
Hudson declared, the Majority was in favor of
Joseph Watts< no role >
; he was therefore called in, and the
Five Pounds was given to him, for which he
returned thanks, The Residue of Mr. Alderman
Abdy's Gift being Fifty Shillings, and Fifty
Shillings Sacrament Money were distributed as
