immediately in the Substantial Repairs of the said House
and Barn and that a Lease should be Granted to him as
desired upon those Terms, If this Vestry thought fit so to do

The said further Report

And the said further Report being Also taken
into Consideration It was Resolved that this Vestry Do Agree
with the said Comittee in the said further Report.

And a Lease Ordered
to be Granted to the
present Tenant and
£20 to be laid out in
Repairs including £5
Agreed to be Allowed by
the Tenant towards the
same

Ordered that the Church Wardens and Feoffees
In Trust Of the Parish Estate at Collier Row Do Accept a
Surrender from the Tenant Of the present Lease And that
a New Lease be Granted of the same Estate for the Term of 14
Years from Michmas now next ensuing At the Yearly
Reserved Rent of £10 payable half Yearly in London
with proper Covenants And that a Sum not Exceeding the
Sum of £20 (therein Including the Sum of £5 Agreed to be
Allow'd by the Tenant be Allow'd and laid out forthwith
in the Substantial Repairs of the said House and Barn
And that Mr Anthony Chapman< no role > be directed to Undertake
the same.

Ordered that the Vestry Clerk Do prepare a
Draft of Such intended Lease accordingly.

and Viewing the Parish Lands Etc at Ware and Collier Row
