Opinion He shoud have a New Lease of the said Lands (as
He desired) for the Term of 21 Years from Michmas next, At
the same Yearly Reserved Rent of £17 payable half Yearly
in London of this Vestry shoud think fit to Grant the same.

of such intended Lease accordingly.

touching the Estate at
Collier Row
Then Mr Church Warden Dunn further
Reported from the same Comittee that they had been down
and View'd the Estate at Collier Row now in the Occupation of
Lord Yeoman and found the Land in good
Heart and no Encroachment thereon But that the House
and Barn, were much out of Repair And as the Tenant was
desirous to Surrender the present Lease (which will Expire at
Xtmas 1758) And to take a New Lease from the Parish for 14
Years from Michmas now next coming At the same Yearly
Reserved Rent of £10 payable in London And be himself
at £5 Charge toward the immediate Repairs Of the
premisses, They were of Opinion That a Sum not Exceeding
the Sum of £20 (including therein the said Sum of £5
Agreed to be Allowed by the Tenant) shoud be laid out
