Mr Clark Admitted to Fine

Ordered That Mr George Clark< no role > be Exempted
from Serving the said Offices on paying the said Fine
of £12..

Mr Lewis Dymoke< no role > Excused
having served Ward Offices
in another Precinct

Then Mr Lewis Dymoke< no role > was put up to
Serve the said Offices in the Room of Mr George Clark< no role >
but Excused It appearing That He had a abready Served
his Ward Offices in the Precinct of

Mr James Hebert< no role > Junr Chose
Constable Etc

Then Mr James Hebert< no role > Junr being next
in Nomination was put up to Serve the Offices of
Constable Scavenger and Inquest Man In the Room
of Mr George Clark< no role > and Chose

But Mr Hebert being present and desiring
to be Admitted to Fine for the said Offices It was Moved
That He should be Exempted from Serving the said
Offices on paying the Usual Fine of £12..

And the Question being put on the said
Motion It passed in the Affirmative

Mr Hebert Junr Admitted
to Fine

Ordered that Mr James Hebert< no role > Junr be
Exempted from Serving the said Offices on paying
the said Fine of £12..

Mr John Phillibrown< no role > Chose
Constable Etc

Then Mr John Phillibrown< no role > being next
in Nomination was put up to Serve the Offices of
Constable Scavenger and Inquest Man for the Year
ensuing In the Room of Mr James Hebert< no role > & Chose

But Mr Phillipbrown Sent Word by
Mr Cooper that he desired to be Admitted to Fine
