And to have the Use of
the Ground for a Barcal
Place for his Family.

Use of the Ground Under the said Stone for a Buriall Place for
his Family And that he was ready to Give such Compensation
for the same As this Vestry shoud Order and Agree upon.

Two Orders of Vestry made
the 29th day of May & the
last Day of Decemr 1678
Read.

Whereupon It was Ordered that the several
Orders of Vestry made the 29th day of May and the last day of
December in the Year 1678 be now Read and the same were
Read accordingly.

Mr Cheslyn Request
Granted on Payment
of £10


Subject Also to the Paymt
of Parish Duty's according
to the Table of Dutys for
Burying Strangers in the
Church.

And Mr Cheslyn's Request being taken in
Consideration It was Ordered and Agreed that upon the
Payment of the Sum of £10 to the Parish he shoud be Permitted
to lay a Grave Stone not Exceeding Six Foot and an half long,
And Three foot Three Inches wide over the Ground in the middle
Isle of the Church wherein the Corpse of his late Sister is Interr'd
And have the Sole Use of the Ground Under the said Stone for
a Buriall Place for his Family, Subject and Liable to the
Payment Of the Parish duty's for All such as shoud be there
Buried At and after the Rates that are or shall be Payable
According to the Table of Duty's of the said Parish for the Buriall
of Strangers in the Church And that Mr Cheslyn shall have a
Coppy of this Order If he shall desire the same.
