And Produced his Deploma
or Certification being
Admitted & Sworn a
Younger Brother of the
Trinity House .

Corporation were Exempted from Serving on Assizes Jury's
Inquest and all other Ward Offices And he Produced
the Deploma or Certificate of his Admission Under the
Seal of the said Corporation bearing Date the 5th day of
October 1751 which he left with the Vestry Clerk and
then he withdrew.

And the Gentleman afterwards as proceeded
to take into Consideration the Reasons That Capt William
Wyld had offer'd And Mr James Spackman< no role > moved
That Captain William Wild< no role > be excused from Serving the
said offices for one Year only And the Question being put
on the said Motion It passed in the Affirmative

Capt Wyld Excused for
one Year only Saving the
Rights of these Precincts

Ordered that Capt William Wild< no role > be Excused
from Serving the said Offices of Constable Scavenger and
Inquest Man for one Year only Saving the Rights of
these Precincts

Mr George Clark< no role > Chose
Constable Etc

Then Mr George Clark< no role > being next in
Nomination was put up to Serve the Offices of Constable
Scavenger and Inquest Man for the Year ensuing in
the Room of Capt William Wild< no role > and Chose.

But Mr Clark being present And desiring to
be Admitted to Fine for the said Offices It was Moved that
He Should be Exempted from Serving the said Offices on
Paying the Usual Fine of £12..0..0

And the Question being put on the said
Motion It passed in the Affirmative
