It was there upon Moved That Mr Phillibrown shoud be
Exempted from Serving the said Offices on paying the Usual
Fine of £12..

And the Question being put on the said Motion
it Passed in the Affirmative

Mr John Phillibrown< no role >
Admitted to Fine

Ordered That Mr John Phillibrown< no role > be Exempted
from Serving the said Offices on paying the said Fine of £12

Mr Thomas Newton< no role >
Chose Constable Etc

Then Mr Thomas Newton< no role > being next in
Nomination was put up to Serve the Offices of Constable
Scavenger and Inquest Man for the Year ensuing In the
Room of Mr John Phillibrown< no role > and Chose

But Mr Newton being present and desiring
to be Admitted to Fine. It was thereupon Moved That Mr Newton
should be Exempted from Serving the said Offices on paying
the Usual Fine of £12..

And the Question being put on the said
Motion It passed in the Affirmative

Mr Thomas Newton< no role >
Admitted to Fine

Ordered that Mr Thomas Newton< no role > be
Exempted from Serving the said Offices on paying the
said Fine of £12..

Mr Richard Oswald< no role >
put up for Constable Etc

but a Doubt Arising
whether Eligible or not

Then Mr Richard Oswald< no role > was put up to
serve the Offices of Constable Scavenger and Inquest Man
for the Year ensuing In the Room of Mr Thomas Newton< no role >
But a Doubt arising whether Mr Oswald was eligible or
not It was moved that Mr Oswald shoud be Excused
