Ordered that the Clock
&Chimes be Repaired

And a Sume not exceeding
£20, be allowed for
that purpose

Whereupon Mr Thomas Hunter< no role > (who hath
the Care of the Clock and Chimes) was heard with Respect to
the Repairs wanting thereto And the Charge thereof And Mr
Spackman afterwards moved that the present Church Wardens
and Overseers should be impowered by this Vestry to treat
with proper Persons for the Repairing of the said Clock and
Chimes and that a Sum not Exceeding the Sum of £20 be
allowed for that Purpose And being Seconded The Question
was put on the said Motion and Agreed to Nem Con

And the Chur Wardens
& Overseers empowered
to Treat with proper
persons

Ordered that the Present Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor be impowred to treat with
proper Persons for the Imediate Repairs of the said Clock
and Chimes and that a Sum not Exceeding the Sum of £20
be laid out for that Purpose And that Mr Church Warden
Chaunhell be allowed the same upon the Audit of his Acct.

Ordered that an Order of Vestry made the first
day of Septemr. for 1752 Raising the Fines for Parish Officers be now
read and the same was read accordingly

Fines be Confirmed

Ordered that the said Order of Vestry be now
Confirmed.

Then Mr Church Warden Chaunhell moved on
Behalf of Mr John Townsend< no role > Surgeon (a Parishioner) that he
might have the Use of the Pew in the Church (late Mr Samuel
Gillys) for himself and Family during their Residence in this
Parish in Consideration of his Services done to the Parish and
having Agreed to keep the same in good Repair and to Give
the Sum of Five Guineas for the Use of the Poor and being
Seconded the Question was put on the said Motion an Agreed
to Nemine Conhadicente

Mr John Townsend< no role > to
have the use of the Pew
late Mr Gillys for
himself & Family

Ordered that Mr John Townsend< no role > Surgeon Shall
have the Use of the Pew in the Church (late Mr Gillys) for
himself and Family during their Residence in the
Parish keeping the same in good Repair.
