House for the Term of 21 Years to Commence from Midsr.
1751 at the Yearly Reserved Rent of £26 payable Quarterly,
with Usual Covenants contained in Leases of Houses in the
City of London , Determinable at the End of the first Seven Years
or first Eleven Years of the said Term on Six Months Notice to
be given in Writing by Mr. Harrison for that Purpose.
But Submitted the Same to the Judgement of this Vestry.
Then the Gentlemen present proceeded to take the Matter
of the said Report into Consideration, and after some Debate,
and Time Spent thereon. It was moved to Agree with the
said committee in their Report And the Question being putt
on the said Motion, It passed in the Affirmative by a Great
Majority.

The Report Agreed to.

Resolved By this Vestry To Agree with the said Committee,
in their Report and that a Sum not Exceeding a Sum of £150
be laid out in Repairing the said House according to the
Estimate delivered in by Mr. Chapman And that Lease
be Granted to Mr. Harrison (the present Tenant) for the
Term of 21 Years from Midsr: 1751. Upon the Terms mentioned
in the said Report And that the Vestry Clerk deprepare a
Draft of an Agreement for Mr. Harrison to Sign, and the
said Draft being accordingly prepared the Same was
Read and Approved of.

The Eighth Bell
found faulty & wanted
to be new Cash

A Complaint being afterwards made by Several of
the Gentlemen present that the Eighth Bell was found to
be very Faulty and wanted to be new cast, and Mr: Church Wardens
Burt moved that the Same might be new cast and being
Seconded The Question was putt on the said Motion. It
passed In the Affirmative.
