Mr. Ward of Hackney having purchased an Estate formerly
in the Occupacon of Mr. Francis Tyssen< no role >
and Mr. Tyssen< no role >
having by two Instruments under his hand both dated the
10 of April 1672 and entred in the Minute Booke of the
Parish agreed that the Garden Ground part of the said Estate
was in the parish of St. Dionis Backchurch
He did agree
that the parish Etc Should have a Liberty of going thro his
said House to take the meets and bounds of the said Parish
and in Case that was refused the Parish was to have a liberity
of makeing a Door way thro' the Wall which partdone Mr.
Kingers and his the said Mr. Tysson< no role >
's House< no role >
as menconed in
these Minutes and Mr. Ward having Sent to the Church Wardens
to desire a Coppy of Such Agreemt. from the Vestry The
Church Wardens thereupon called this Vestry to take the
opinion of the Vestry on ye. same and upon adiliterankad
of that matter ye. Vestry thought proper ye. Mr. Ward
shod. have [..] a Coppy of Such Agreemt.

as an object of Charity
Lucy Widdow was likewise allowed [..] P Week by this Pish
Resolved that ye. Minutes made the 11 Decr. 1706 relat to
to ye. Seating of the Severall persons in ye. Pews of this
Church he Ratifyed in this Vestry & observed by all
Future Church Wardens in this Parish.
