Ward & parish Offices.

At this Vestry, Mr Thomas Hankey< no role > desired to be Exempted from
all Ward and Parish Offices, paying the usuall Fine of Twenty Four
pounds, and it being put to the Vote it was ordered he should be Exempted
from the said Offices paying the said Fine.

Mr Lewis Mendez< no role > the same.

Constable Scavenger and Inquest Man, paying the usual Fine of Twelve
pounds And it was Ordered he should be Exempted from the said Offices

Then Isaac Martin< no role > was put in Nomination for the Offices of
Constable Scavenger and Inquest Man for the year ensuing, but Mr.
Martin (being present) he Insisted he was not Obliged to serve being only
a Lodger, And the Question being put whether the Vestry should Allow
his Excuse, It passed in the negative, and he was Chose accordingly.
